Looking for a specialised postnatal workout that caters to mums with babies in tow? Look no further than TRX Pilates at Lebourgneuf by Bougeotte et Placotine Saint-Nicolas. This class is designed for mothers with little ones aged 4 months and older, providing a tailored workout to suit their needs.
If you have completed the Pilates Postnatal Basic course or the First Steps of Mom course, you're good to go. For new mums, it's recommended to wait until at least 4 months postpartum before joining in, as the class includes advanced abdominal exercises. The session kicks off with 30 minutes of TRX equipment-based strength training for both upper and lower body, followed by another 30 minutes of advanced Pilates focusing on posture, breathing, and those core muscles.
In this class, you'll take your fitness to the next level by engaging all your muscles with TRX exercises and mastering more complex Pilates movements. Expect variations, challenges, and opportunities to push yourself further while considering your postnatal needs. And the best part? Babies are welcome to join you during your workout, with facilities provided to keep them close by with help from our trainers.
