From brand new squat racks and pin load machines to free weights, skierg, treadmills, Stairmaster, ellipticals, rowing machines, and waive machines, Tru has everything needed for various fitness goals. The gym also provides functional training equipment such as ropes, plyo boxes, bosu, weighted balls, sandbags, suspension trainers, power towers, sliders, and bands.

Tru's stunning classroom is well-equipped with spin bikes, dumbbells, barbells, swiss balls, boxing gear, steps, and a pull-up bar. Not to mention, trendy LED lights create an incredible vibe during classes. The changing rooms at Tru are spacious and clean, providing big vanities, hair dryers, GHD hair straighteners, and an ironing board for members' convenience.

Walk-ins are also welcome, except January 8th to 23rd, 2024, when walk-ins are available from 2:30pm to 6pm.
