What should I do for my first spin class?

Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can guide you through check-in, help you find your perfect spin shoe size, choose the right weights, and set up your bike. We'll also give you a quick tour and remind you to bring a water bottle and wear your favourite workout gear.

How do waitlists and cancellations work?

If you're on the waitlist, you'll be automatically added to the class as spots open up due to cancellations, which can happen up to 30 minutes before class starts. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 2 hours before the class begins, as late cancellations and no-shows incur a $15 fee plus GST and punch pass members will lose that session.
