After joining Triumph ABC, boxers undergo rigorous training in the gym, where they learn the basic skills and discipline of the sport. Physical fitness is developed through hours of dedicated training sessions. This period of training typically lasts for several months, until the boxer is ready to compete in their first contest.

Competitive bouts at Triumph ABC consist of three or four rounds, lasting anywhere from 1 minutes to 3 minutes, depending on the level of competition. Boxers are required to demonstrate their ability to deliver blows to the opponent's head and trunk above the belt, using the knuckle part of the gloved hand with force. Points are scored based on the quality of these blows, with the boxer who gains the highest aggregate score being declared the winner.
