About
Are the sheltered conditions and the dive here is only recommended when there is no wind or swell from the south. This dive is tidal, and it is necessary to dive on slack water. The rocks are covered in sea urchins and dense barnacle beds but do support a variety of life including many conger eels. The maximum depth is around 16m here.
It is essential to enter the water on the south-eastern shore and descend following the steep slope where boulders give way to sand. The rocks on the seaward side slope gently into deeper water. The east edge of the Muglins will provide a very gentle drift north, but it is necessary to approach the surface for a safety stop before being swept too far. The Trident Sub-Aqua Club is open to new members who are already qualified divers.
If interested in joining the club, please contact us via our website or social media pages for more information on membership requirements and upcoming dive trips. Get in touch today and explore the underwater world with Trident Sub-Aqua Club.
