TriChicks is a sports club located in Melbourne that aims to lower the barrier of entry for women in triathlon and help them unlock their athletic potential. The club was founded by Amy, an award-winning triathlon coach, in 2015. Since its inception, TriChicks has coached hundreds of women in multiple endurance events.
For women who are new to the sport and have always wanted to complete a triathlon, TriChicks offers an 8-week Beginner TriChicks Course. This course provides comprehensive training and guidance to help women build the necessary skills and fitness to confidently participate in a triathlon.
TriChicks also offers customised coaching programmes for women who want to work one-on-one with a coach and achieve personal bests in their next event. To determine which programme is best suited for individual fitness and experience levels, Amy has developed a quiz that participants can take to receive personalised recommendations.
