GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS Once you've completed your intro session and onboarded to the Tribe Nutrition Programme, you'll have the opportunity to join our unlimited small group training sessions. These sessions are designed to provide the quality of 1-1 personal training at a more affordable price. With over 20 sessions per week, running from early morning to evening, Monday to Saturday, there's plenty of flexibility to fit your busy schedule.

During these small group training sessions, our experienced coaches will tailor the workout to suit your current ability, whether you're a gym novice or have years of training experience. Attention to detail is a priority, ensuring you receive the guidance and support necessary to reach your health, strength, and fitness goals.
