Our 8-week course is designed to guide you through the fundamentals of triathlon. Led by our certified coaches from Triathlon Australia, you will receive expert guidance during our weekly cycle, run, and swim sessions. These sessions will take place at various locations across Brisbane.
For just $225, you will gain access to a comprehensive training schedule. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, you can lace up your running shoes and join us for invigorating run sessions at South Bank. Wednesdays will see us hitting the road for thrilling cycle sessions at different locations. And on Thursdays, we'll dive into the pool for swim sessions at the Aquatic Centre, QUT Gardens Point. We also have some exciting weekend sessions planned to further enhance your training experience.

Our course also includes informative workshops and webinars covering essential topics such as running form, injury prevention and recovery, goal setting, nutrition, and the rules of the sport.
