Reflected in our cancellation and refund policy. If a student is unable to attend a lesson, we ask that you please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. In the event of illness or unexpected circumstances, we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling of missed lessons.
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or for no-shows, the lesson fee will still apply and no refund or make-up lesson will be provided. This policy ensures that our instructors' time is respected and that we can provide the highest quality instruction to all of our students.
In the case of an extended absence due to illness or injury, we are happy to discuss options for suspending or postponing lessons. Please contact us directly to discuss your individual situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
