Welcome to Tre Fitness, the only gym in Folkestone with a breathtaking sea view. We are open Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
