For older children aged 5–12 years, Treasure Gymnastics offers structured classes that are carefully planned by highly experienced coaches. These classes introduce all areas of gymnastics, from beginner to advanced levels. As gymnasts develop their skills, they have the opportunity to try out for Squads and participate in specific sessions tailored to their abilities.
Flipside is a unique Freestyle programme at Treasure Gymnastics. It starts with Ninja classes for children aged 5-12 and progresses to Freestyle and teen sessions for 12-16-year-olds. These sessions are all about physical challenge and run in a more free-range way compared to the traditional classes. Gymnasts are encouraged to have a say in what they want to learn, and instructors are there to ensure their goals are achieved safely.
Treasure Gymnastics also offers squad sessions, which are by invitation only. However, anyone can request a trial if they are interested in taking their gymnastics more seriously. The experienced coaches are dedicated to helping gymnasts find a path that suits them and also offer a range of competitive opportunities and disciplines.
In addition to classes, Treasure Gymnastics provides gym clubs on behalf of schools. They offer a flexible approach, taking care of as much or as little organising as desired by the school. They also offer PPA cover and training for teachers from their experienced team.
During holidays, Treasure Gymnastics organises fun and engaging holiday camps for children aged 4–12 years. These camps include gymnastics, inflatables, arts and crafts, and much more. They strive to make the camp convenient for parents with early drop-offs and extended pick-ups.
