Our elite world-class coaches are passionate about shaping the body and mind of up-and-coming ballplayers, guiding them with the proper training, equipment and strategy to reach their goals.

Travail Development offers a variety of baseball training programs, including pitching clinics, hitting clinics, catching clinics, and general skills training. We provide private lessons for 1–4 players as well as group sessions at our indoor facilities in North Vancouver and East Vancouver. Co-founder Michael Crouse, born and raised in Vancouver, shares his story of leaving home at 15 to pursue his dream as a professional athlete.
