The Travail team comprises elite world-class coaches who are passionate about shaping the body and mind of up-and-coming ballplayers. We provide guidance with the proper training, the right equipment, and a clear strategy to help young players reach their goals of playing at the collegiate or professional level.

Travail Development offers a variety of baseball training programs taught by our experienced coaches. Whether you want to improve your swing, gain velocity on your fastball, or increase your baseball IQ, we have the resources to help unlock your full potential. We offer pitching clinics, hitting clinics, catching clinics, and general skills development. Private lessons for 1–4 players and group sessions are available at our indoor facilities in North Van and East Van.

Co-founder Michael Crouse, a Vancouver native, understands the dedication and sacrifices required to pursue a career in professional sports. His passion for baseball and experience as a professional athlete have shaped the vision of Travail Development. With a focus on developing well-rounded players both on and off the field, Travail is the stepping stone for players to achieve their dreams in baseball.
