
Train on Main is a gym located in Vancouver, established in 2009 with the goal of promoting fitness in the local community. Our 2000 square foot boutique-style facility offers specialized cross-training classes that focus on health, strength, weight loss, and injury prevention. Classes include kettlebell training, traditional weight training, spinning, and seniors strength & health programs. We also specialize in body composition maximization and competitive physique preparation.
Our dedicated personal training department is knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness programming to help you reach your fitness goals.
The gym is equipped with top-of-the-line equipment including 7 squat cages, over 2000lbs of weighted plates, dumbbells ranging from 3lbs to 80lbs, a variety of machines for leg workouts, cable machines, spin bikes, and more. Our team of experienced trainers includes Laina Barber, Gustavo Bellene, Megan Smith, and Dario Ruiz, who are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
Train on Main offers various pricing options including single classes, packs of 10 classes, and unlimited monthly passes. Personal training is also available in individual sessions or packs of 10 or 20 sessions. Our online calendar makes it easy to schedule classes and stay up to date with upcoming events.
