Memberships start from just 30 per month, and upon joining, new members receive a free body composition test to help track their progress. Train Fitness Centre has a team of expert trainers with over 60 years of combined experience. Richie Laughton, the founder of Train Fitness Centre, is a fully qualified GP Referral and Level 3 Personal Trainer. Amy Jones is a qualified Personal Trainer and Children's Exercise Specialist, with additional qualifications in 1-1, 1-2, Group PT, and Core stability. She also has an NVQ Level 4 in British Sign language, allowing her to cater to the deaf community.
Josh James is a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, with experience as a world record weight lifter, competitive combat and endurance athlete. Luke Johnson is a Level 4 elite PT and strength & conditioning coach, with experience as a professional grappler, fighter, and martial arts coach. Adele Whiteside is an indoor cycling instructor who aims to help individuals shed fat, improve heart health, and boost muscle endurance. John Danby is a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, with experience as a professional footballer.
Matthew Spencer is a Level 3 PT, BJJ Purple Belt, endurance athlete, and holder of the Team Deadlift World Record. He specialises in strength training and regularly fundraises for charity with endurance events. Ben Young is a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, with experience as a world record weight lifter and competitive endurance athlete. Lastly, Oscar Smith is a personal trainer and sports massage therapist who ensures clients' fitness journeys are fulfilling, enjoyable, and rewarding.
In addition to personal training, Train Fitness Centre offers motivating classes that are available every day. The gym's indoor cycling classes are designed to test fitness levels and push individuals out of their comfort zones. Led by qualified instructors, these classes incorporate flats, sprints, and challenging hills. Members can attend these classes for free, while non-members can join for 5.
The gym also offers Metafit classes, a 30-minute metabolic workout combining traditional bodyweight exercises with interval and strength training.
Train Fitness Centre's class schedule includes various options to accommodate different schedules. On Tuesdays, there is a 30-minute indoor cycling class at 6:00 pm, and on Saturdays, there is another 30-minute indoor cycling class at 9:00 am.
