As the only POUND Pro in the Colchester area, she offers a full-body drumming workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks (Ripstix).

POUND is accessible to all fitness levels and is designed to transform drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. The constant movement and drumming of the upper body produce continual instability throughout the entire body, activating and engaging infrequently used stabiliser muscles. Rhythm, timing, coordination, speed, agility, endurance, and musicality drastically improve through this unique workout.

These sessions are affordable, with each session priced at 8, payable on the day. Alternatively, you can opt for the unlimited entries package, priced at 30 per month. It's important to note that each class has a maximum of 15 places available, and booking is mandatory.

These sessions can take place anywhere you want in the comfort of your own home, out in the park, or in her private studio located in the southern part of Colchester.
