Traditional Wing Chun Canada is a martial arts school located in Unionville, offering a unique and comprehensive training program that focuses on personal development and self-defence. As a certified Sifu/instructor with the Global Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu Association, the master instructor has over 20 years of experience in training in William Cheung-style Wing Chun Kung Fu.

Specializing in personal development, life coaching, stress management, health and wellness, muscle control and coordination, meditation and mindfulness, neurolinguistic programming, personal training and nutrition, conflict resolution, emergency self-defence, and personal security/bodyguard training, Traditional Wing Chun Canada offers a holistic approach to martial arts training.

The late Master Stephen Ruiz and closed-door student Master Phillip Redmond, both full red-sash masters and direct disciples of Grand Master William Cheuk Hing Cheung, have been instrumental in shaping the training program at Traditional Wing Chun Canada. All classes are conducted as private one-on-one sessions, tailored to individual needs and schedules. Group private training is also available upon request, with a maximum of four people per group.

Lessons are by appointment only, ensuring personalized attention and focused training.
