The Townsville Castle Hill Touch Association is thrilled to invite you to our Monday night mixed season of Touch Football. It's the perfect opportunity for social, corporate, and family groups in Townsville to come together for some exciting team sport action.
No matter your skill level, whether you're a seasoned pro or a complete beginner, we have graded competitions available for players of all ages and abilities. So, gather your friends, colleagues, or family members and form a team to join in on the fun. Don't worry if your team has never played before – we'll make sure you're matched with teams of similar skill levels, so everyone can enjoy a fair and competitive game.
We're currently finalising the season dates for 2023 and will announce them soon. So, stay tuned for that!
To ensure smooth operations and fair play, we kindly request each team to provide at least one referee during nomination. The great news is, referees don't need to be accredited initially. We offer a free referees course at the beginning of the season, where they'll receive training and accreditation. Plus, referees will be paid $20.00 per match officiated. Please note that duty referees may not be assigned every week, but it's important to fulfil your allocations when assigned. Failure to attend or officiate without a replacement will result in a loss of two competition points. If you need a referee shirt, they can be borrowed from the admin window on game nights.
