The highlight of Tour de Dundas is the Gran Fondo ride, which offers a challenging yet rewarding experience for seasoned cyclists. The Olympian route stretches for 100 miles, with over 1,000 meters of total elevation gain. Riders will conquer a classic Imperial Century, complete with a short 18% ascent and a thrilling serpentine descent. For those looking for a slightly shorter challenge, the Countryside route covers 100 kilometres of Flamborough farmland, with over 600 meters of total elevation gain.

For riders seeking a more leisurely experience, the Pastoral route offers 60 kilometres of gentle climbs through the picturesque landscapes of West Flamborough, while the Idyll route is a 36-kilometer journey through idyllic scenery in the Dundas valley. Families can also participate in the Waterfront route, a family-friendly 20-kilometer out-and-back route suitable for riders of all ages.

At the end of the ride, participants can replenish their energy at the Taste of Dundas outdoor food court in the Dundas Driving Park. A meal voucher is included with registration for any of the four sports-cycling rides, allowing riders to choose from a selection of flavorful local fare and pair it with cold craft beer or Niagara wine. Beer and wine will be available for purchase separately, creating a perfect end to a day of cycling.
