Tough Love Boxing is a boxing club in Greenhithe, founded in 2021 by Alex during the global pandemic. Alex has focused on a unique approach to training, which not only targets physical health but also mental well-being. The club offers several services to meet different needs. For those serious about boxing, the North Kent Amateur Boxing Club provides training with qualified and registered coaches. These sessions focus on technique, stamina, and competition, preparing individuals for the amateur circuit and potentially the professional scene.

Additionally, Alex and his team offer tailor-made fitness sessions. These are customised to fit individual goals, abilities, and experience levels, from beginners to advanced boxers. The one-on-one guidance helps build a strong body and focused mind, positively impacting other areas of life.
