Mark Lane, the owner and head instructor, has a wealth of experience in the industry. Having trained at numerous Muay Thai camps in Thailand, including Fairtex, Sitsong Pee Nong, Sor Vorapin Gym, and Por Promin Muay Thai, Mark has gained extensive knowledge of authentic Muay Thai techniques and principles. He has successfully competed in Australia under various rule sets and even ventured to Thailand to fight under full Thai rules, with impressive knock-out victories and notable appearances as the Main Event on several fight nights.
Total Impact Gym boasts state-of-the-art facilities to enhance training sessions. The gym features a professional full-size boxing ring, punching bags, a Rock boxing dummy, focus pads, Thai pads, and a wide range of fitness equipment such as free weights, kettlebells, sit-up and hyperextension benches, a leg press/hack squat machine, speedballs, fit balls, slam balls, medicine balls, floor to ceiling balls, a Maxim spin bike, and large matted areas for partner or group training.
Whether one's goal is to lose weight, improve physical fitness, learn self-defence, cross-train for another sport, build confidence, or cultivate a stronger mind and body, Total Impact Gym provides the ideal training environment.
