Total Dance, a well-regarded dance school based in Shipley, was founded in 2008 by Nancy Lucas, a seasoned professional dancer. Nancy’s passion for dance and teaching led her to expand Total Dance’s offerings to include fitness classes, making her one of the first Zumba instructors in the Yorkshire region.

Classes range from one hour to five minutes, accommodating different schedules. No booking is necessary; participants are welcome to join at any time.

Total Dance also offers online classes through a membership platform. For a monthly fee of £25, members can access hundreds of workouts at their convenience.
