Total Chi Yoga + Pilates is a unique and independently owned studio located in the heart of London. With our high standards and commitment to excellence, our teachers have been carefully vetted by our founders to ensure the best experience for our clients.
Our studio boasts five different spaces, including a serene matwork garden studio, a 5-person reformer Pilates studio with tower and cardio trampoline, a 4-person reformer Pilates studio, a full equipment Pilates private studio, and an equipment Pilates + physio studio. No matter your preferences or goals, we have a space that can accommodate your needs.
At Total Chi, we pride ourselves in offering a boutique experience to our clients. We have carefully selected top brands such as Stott, Merithew, and Manduka to provide the highest quality equipment and accessories. Additionally, our in-house boutique offers a range of apparel and accessories curated specifically for our studio clients, with discounts available.
If you're new to Total Chi, we want to ensure your first visit is seamless and enjoyable. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your class start time, and our friendly team will guide you through the check-in process. Our studio is conveniently located a few minutes walk from Baker Street tube station, and parking options can be found both locally and in the outer circle of Regents Park.
In order to maintain a clean and hygienic environment, we ask that you remove your shoes before entering the changing rooms and studios. Grip socks are required for reformer Pilates classes, and comfortable exercise apparel is recommended. These items can be purchased at our boutique, and studio clients receive a discount.
Our changing rooms offer rain showers, complimentary towels, a vanity station, and luxury products from Malin + Goetz. Exercise towels can be found near the studios, and a chill-out waiting area with a filtered water station is available for your convenience.
During your class, we kindly request that mobile phones remain outside the studio, or if they must be brought in, they are switched to silent mode. Our equipment is meticulously sanitised between uses, but we provide sanitary wipes for your comfort and safety. If you have any injuries or are pregnant, please inform your teacher before the class to ensure modifications can be made if necessary.
To make your overall experience more enjoyable, orders can be placed at our juice bar before your class to minimise waiting time. We value your feedback and encourage you to speak with our staff or complete our online form.
Please note that arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in your space being given away or entry refused. Our team is always available to assist you, so feel free to approach us with any questions or concerns.
