At Total Body Fit, we have recently undergone a refreshing and rebuilding process to ensure that our fitness centre meets the highest standards. We are proud to announce that we now offer 24/7 access, allowing you to work out at any time that suits you.
Our newest addition is the functional fitness room, which has been expanded and completely fitted out with brand new equipment. From a wide selection of kettlebells to free weight bars and three types of floor surfaces, this room has everything you require for a total body workout. Whether you're into strength training, cardio, or functional exercises, our functional fitness room has you covered.
Total Body Fit is staffed during convenient hours from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 9 pm, Saturday from 7. 30 am to 5 pm, and Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm (except on public holidays). Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are always available to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
We offer various membership options to suit your needs, including upfront payment and weekly direct debit options. Please note that fob fees apply to all memberships. Additionally, we offer casual gym sessions during staffed hours for $15, providing you with flexibility if you prefer not to commit to a membership.
If you're looking for personal training, our experienced trainers can provide one-on-one sessions during operating hours. We also offer group personal training, allowing you to train with friends or family members. All personal training sessions must be paid in advance, and cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the appointment to avoid incurring full charges.
For your convenience, we also offer private training sessions outside operating hours, subject to trainer availability, at no extra cost. This ensures that you can get the personal attention you require without any time constraints.
Our personal trainers are knowledgeable experts who understand the difference between fad and fact when it comes to fitness. They will motivate you and fine-tune your workouts to help you achieve your ultimate goals. They can also provide guidance on nutrition, helping you find the perfect balance to support your fitness journey.
