Toshikai Dojo, located in Nepean, has been offering martial arts instruction to the Ottawa community since 1997. Specializing in traditional Isshinryu Karate, Toshikai Dojo provides students with the opportunity to train with 14 black belts ranging from 1st to 6th degree.
Self-defence classes at Toshikai Dojo are designed to teach students how to protect themselves using Karate fundamentals.
