These programmes are delivered through one-on-one sessions at our studio, DFK GYM, located in Muswell Hill.
I am also experienced in providing Ante & Postnatal training for expectant mothers or women who have recently given birth. These tailored programmes are designed to address the specific needs and challenges faced during and after pregnancy. Engaging in exercise during this time can have numerous benefits, and I am here to guide and support women on their journey to maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
For those who prefer a more flexible approach, I offer training plans that can be followed independently, without the commitment to personal training. These programmes are individually created and personalised to help you achieve your specific goals, ensuring that you see progress and results.
In addition to personal training, I am also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist. I offer both Deep Tissue Massage and Sports Massage Therapy. Deep Tissue Massage targets the deeper layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia to relieve chronic muscle tension, while Sports Massage Therapy is specifically designed to aid athletes in injury prevention, performance enhancement, and recovery.
