Conveniently situated in the heart of Carleton Place, we serve the Ottawa Valley and Lanark County areas, including Almonte, Mississippi Mills, Perth, Lanark, and Smiths Falls. Our central location makes it easy for members of the community to come together and be part of a thriving martial arts community.

In addition to our regular classes, we are excited to announce a new daytime class on Tuesdays, starting March 5th. This class will provide additional training opportunities for our members, allowing them to further develop their skills and techniques.
