Welcome to Torridgeside and Taw Academy of Swimming, a top swimming school and club located in Barnstaple. Our dedicated team of ASA swimming teachers and RLSS teachers rescue qualified are here to offer outstanding swimming lessons to children of all ages and abilities.
At Torridgeside and Taw Academy of Swimming, we pride ourselves on providing small tuition groups to ensure each child receives individual attention and instruction. For children aged 2 to 4 years old, we offer lunchtime classes with a maximum of 4 children per group. For children aged 4 years and upwards, we have classes available on Saturdays and evenings, with a maximum of 6 children per group.
Our main objective is to enhance your child's swimming skills and build their confidence in the water. We create a safe and comprehensive learning environment where children can develop the necessary techniques and water safety knowledge.
Our experienced teachers are passionate about what they do and are committed to providing high-quality tuition. They are dedicated to helping your children achieve their swimming goals, all while ensuring they have fun during their lessons. We understand that each child is unique, so our instructors adapt their teaching methods to suit the individual needs of each student.
You can find us at Fremington School, situated on Beechfield Road in Fremington. Our convenient location offers easy access and ample parking for parents and guardians.
