Women Who Lift - Personal Trainer, Bootcamp & Fitness Mississauga is excited to announce the upcoming Women Who Lift Intermediate class in Toronto! If you have completed the Intro Class and are ready to take your fitness journey to the next level, this class is perfect for you.
During the 8-week programme, participants will focus on strengthening and increasing intensity, while still ensuring proper form and technique. With two 60-minute classes per week, including a 5-10 min warm-up, attendees will have the opportunity to learn new exercises and work towards their fitness goals.
As part of the Women Who Lift community, participants will also have access to the True Coach app for additional support on their fitness journey.
