In addition to our regular courses, we also offer own boat tuition. This option allows students to receive personalised instruction on their own boats, in familiar local waters. Our instructors will work closely with you to ensure that you feel confident and competent using your own vessel.
Torbay Sea School is also proud to have trained many RYA Instructors who have gone on to instruct with us, other RYA training centres, or as freelance instructors. We offer instructor training programmes for those interested in pursuing a career in sailing instruction.
For those looking to fast-track their sailing qualifications, we offer fast-track courses and mile-builders. Miles can be accumulated over a series of days or in one larger trip, depending on availability.
