There are eight all-weather practise bays to work on your shots and four target-specific greens to help with accuracy. The short game area uses fancy Pro System artificial grass, giving you a tournament-like experience. Plus, the chipping green is designed just like Exeter Golf and Country Club's 18th hole, complete with a practise bunker.

Olivia's got you covered with a range of pricing options. Members pay between £2.60 and £6.60, while lesson customers and green fee payers can practise from £4.50 to £10. Open Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, and Sunday 10am to 4pm, there's plenty of time to get your sessions in.

Topsham Golf Academy is the place to be in Devon for top-notch coaching and practise facilities. The range even has ground-level lighting for evening sessions. Whether you're practising long shots or focusing on your short game, you’ll find everything you need here.

Olivia and her team offer coaching for golfers of all ages and abilities, both in groups and individually. They use a high-tech launch monitor to give you insights on how to improve. There are loads of programmes too, like the Junior Academy, Get into Golf, ladies' social events, and more.

For gear, the academy is an Advanced Fitting Centre for Titleist and has fitting carts for Callaway, Ping, and Taylormade. And if you’re into indoor golf, there's a simulator studio at Exeter Golf and Country Club.
