The club offers a clean and spacious facility with a large mat space for training. Headed by Owner and Head Coach Damian Johnston, a skilled mixed martial artist who started his journey in 2011, earned his blue belt in BJJ in 2012, and has competed in MMA and BJJ across Western Canada. Damian will also be running an affiliate Muay Thai program with Shane Shaolin Style Muay Thai.

Joining Damian is Shane Campbell, a renowned Muay Thai fighter known for his exceptional skills in the sport. Together, they offer top-notch Muay Thai training for enthusiasts looking to hone their striking techniques and improve their physical and mental discipline. Additionally, the club's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is led by Ryan Brick, a black belt instructor with a patient teaching style and a passion for creating a positive learning environment for students of all levels.

Top Knotch MMA Fitness offers a variety of classes, including Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both GI and NOGI formats, MMA wrestling, and open mat sessions.
