Conveniently located just one mile from Sittingbourne town centre, and surrounded by beautiful countryside, Tonics Fitness Centre provides a personal touch you won't find anywhere else.

Our newly refurbished gym offers state-of-the-art equipment, including new plate loaded stations to maximise your conditioning sessions. We also have Technogym cycles that allow you to enjoy the outdoors-indoors. Our aim is to provide a welcoming and motivating environment where members can achieve their fitness objectives.

At Tonics Fitness Centre, we offer a variety of membership options to suit individual needs. Our Lifestyle Membership is fantastic value, including unlimited use of the gym, sauna, squash, and most classes, along with ample free parking. The cost for a single membership is 30 to join, with a monthly fee of 30 for a 12-month commitment. Couples can join for a fee of 50 and pay 50 per month.

Families can also join, with an additional joining fee and monthly fee per person.

We also offer special membership rates, such as our Matinee Lifestyle option for those aged 60 and above, as well as a discounted rate for employees of Kent Science Park. Full-time students can sign up for our Student Membership, which requires a valid NUS card. These memberships provide unlimited access to the gym, sauna, squash, and most classes at reduced rates.

For those who prefer a more flexible approach, we offer a Pay As You Go option. While becoming a member is more cost-effective, non-members can pay per visit. The prices for gym access, gym and sauna access, sauna-only access, and squash court hire are available on our website. We also provide discounted rates for non-members who are over 60, under 18, or students.
