Home matches are held at the Nursery Sports Field located in Ramsden Heath, Billericay. The club is affiliated with the Essex Olympian Football League and the Essex Country Womens Football League.
The club's home colours consist of white shirts, black shorts, and socks, while the away colours are silver for men and royal blue for the ladies' team. Toby FC takes pride in its strong sponsorships with Mansion Sports, Molson Coors, Cadair Property Services, and The Underfloor Heating Store.

The first-team fixture for Toby FC is scheduled on Saturday, 13th January 2024, against League Cup ACD United at Nursery Playing Fields, Billericay CM11 1PU. Similarly, the reserves team will be playing Corinthians Res on the same day at Stambridge Memorial Ground SS4 2AX. As for the ladies' team, they have upcoming fixtures against Corinthians Ladies on Sunday, 7th January 2024, at Stambridge Memorial Ground, Stambridge Road SS4 2AR, and Hatfield Peverel Ladies at Keith Bigden Memorial Ground CM3 2JL.
