TKO Boxing Club prides itself on its highly experienced coaching team. Johnny Eames, the founder, has an impressive background as both an amateur boxer and coach. He began his boxing journey at Broad Street ABC and later became an amateur coach, working with West Ham for 12 years. In 2002, he obtained his British Professional coaching licence.
Since then, Johnny has managed and promoted numerous successful professional boxers.
With the support of long-time team sponsor Tony Brinton, Johnny opened the TKO Boxing Gym in 2006, which quickly became home to a talented stable of champions. Over the years, the gym has housed multiple world champions, British champions, and Southern Area champions, further solidifying its status as one of the top professional boxing gyms in the UK.
TKO Boxing Gym has also attracted top coaches, including Jimmy and Mark Tibbs, further enhancing the training experience for all members.
