The owners of TJ's, Colm and Emma, took over the business in February 2022 after relocating from Bedford. Emma had already been working behind the scenes at TJ's for several years, while Colm was seeking a complete career change after working as an engineer in Formula 1. When they are not busy running the café, they love exploring their new home in Cornwall with their children and embracing the relaxed lifestyle it offers.
In addition to Colm and Emma, the team at TJ's includes Dan, the Surf Shop, Kitchen & Bar Manager, Adz, the Surf Shop Supervisor, Donna, the Kitchen & Bar Supervisor, Henry, another Kitchen & Bar Supervisor, Kirsty, the Social Media and Website Manager (who also helps out in the surf shop, kitchen, and bar), and Lewis, a valued member of the team.
