The gym specifically caters to kids aged 5-12, recognising that this age group needs physical activity to build strength, coordination, and confidence. By being active at a young age, children lay the groundwork for a healthy lifestyle and gain control over how active they are.
For children aged 6 to 8, Titan Fitness helps sharpen their basic physical skills such as throwing, jumping, catching, and kicking. As they progress, and for children aged 9 to 12, the gym focuses on refining, improving, and coordinating their basic physical skills, highly recommending their services for this age group.

Titan Fitness – Kids & Teens is a registered charity, and they rely on the support of the community. Donations made to the gym go directly towards benefiting the children and teenagers, providing them with group fitness activities and supporting those who may be less privileged. Additionally, the funds raised contribute to acquiring brand-new equipment exclusively for the young members. The gym is run by a team of dedicated trustees, including Angie McKenna, a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Mandy Dean, a fitness coach, and Iain McKenna, also a fitness coach.
