TISKA Karate Wednesfield

TISKA Karate Wednesfield is one of the clubs affiliated with The Traditional International Shotokan Karate Association (TISKA), which is one of the largest associations in the UK. The Chief Instructor, Gursharan Sahota, is an 8th Dan black belt with years of experience in karate. He has trained and competed at national and international levels, and his passion for the sport has led him to teach over 35 classes a week and conduct master classes internationally.

At TISKA Karate Wednesfield, students will learn the three main disciplines of Karate: Kihon (basic techniques and fundamentals), Kumite (sparring), and Kata (forms). The training not only focuses on developing self-defence skills but also improving fitness, flexibility, self-confidence, and maintaining self-esteem. The club emphasises having fun and making new friends, creating a supportive and welcoming environment for all.

Beginners are welcome to join TISKA Karate Wednesfield, with the opportunity to try two free sessions without any obligation to continue.
