Involved in the practise and teaching of karate for over 20 years. He is a highly experienced and dedicated instructor who is passionate about sharing his knowledge and love for the art of karate.

The TISKA (The Traditional International Shotokan Karate Association) Karate School in High Wycombe is led by Mr. Fraser, who has trained extensively in the art of Shotokan Karate. He holds a 5th Dan Black Belt and has a deep understanding of the principles and techniques of this martial art.

The club offers classes on Wednesday evenings, as well as Saturday and Sunday mornings, making it convenient for both adults and children to attend. The beginner classes have been specifically designed to cater to those who are new to karate, ensuring a supportive and welcoming environment for beginners of all ages.

The Uxbridge, Hillingdon, and New Denham Karate Club has a diverse range of students, from beginners all the way up to black belts. Families and children are especially drawn to the art of karate, and the club welcomes members as young as five years old. Both juniors and seniors are welcome to join, and families can train together, providing a unique bonding experience.

In addition to regular training, students have the opportunity to participate in association gradings, courses, and competitions throughout the year.
