Welcome to Tiny Tempos, a children's club, dance club, dance school, and musical club located in the vibrant town of Saffron Walden. Our family-run club offers a range of fun, friendly, and affordable live music and movement classes designed specifically for babies and toddlers up to 4 years old.

At Tiny Tempos, we believe in the power of creativity and inclusivity, which is why all our classes are taught by professional music and dance teachers. Our award-winning Music and Movement classes introduce your little one to different styles of music through singing, instruments, sensory and movement activities, and most importantly, music played live on the piano!

In addition to our Music and Movement classes, we also offer innovative parent and child dance classes called Tiny Tutus and Tiny Twirlies. These classes allow you to experience your child's first steps into dance through fun and engaging exercises that both you and your little one can enjoy.

Tiny Tutus is a wonderful way to watch your little one's first steps into ballet. With exciting props, music, and story-telling exercises, this class sparks your child's imagination while improving their strength, balance, and musicality. Tiny Twirlies, our parent and child funky street dance class, is also back on our timetable. This fast-paced, high-energy class not only burns off some energy from your little mover, but also teaches them how to follow instructions, improve motor skills, and encourage creativity.

At Tiny Tempos, we understand the importance of movement in aiding the development of motor skills. Our classes also provide opportunities for children to advance their social and emotional skills alongside their educational development. The repetition, rhythm, and melody in music exposure help children with language development and understanding the meaning of words. Moreover, from an early age, music, and movement allow children to practise self-expression through different beats and rhythms.
