Wing Chun Classes Greensborough offers Wing Chun Kung Fu classes three days per week. Classes take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, lasting for 90 minutes each. The classes follow the Jee Shin Wing Chun System, teaching Traditional Wing Chun from the Leung Bik/Yi Man System.

The classes begin with a dynamic stretching routine to warm up the muscles and stimulate blood flow, minimising the risk of injury. The instructor then proceeds to drill punching, kicking, and various coordination skills. After the drilling session, students are divided into their respective levels to practice Wing Chun forms.

Practitioners are paired up with someone of the same skill level to practice Wing Chun techniques, including self-defence against punches, kicks, stick and knife attacks, hand grabs, chokes, and hair grabs. The classes conclude with static stretching to cool down and prevent lactic acid build-up, promote blood and oxygen circulation, and increase range of motion and flexibility.

Membership Options
The first two classes are free, allowing individuals to get a taste of Wing Chun Kung Fu and see if it's the right fit for them. Interested players can register using the provided link on the event page.

For those who decide to continue their Wing Chun journey, the annual membership fee is $100.00. However, there are also flexible options available, such as pay-as-you-go and monthly fee options for unlimited classes.

Accessories for Sale
In addition to the classes, there are also accessories for purchase. Uniforms, essential for training, are available for $90.00. There is also a grading booklet/training diary available for $25.00, helping students keep track of their progress and goals.

Training Schedule
The classes are held at Greensborough Wing Chun, located in Melbourne. Both children and adults can partake in training. The schedule for classes is as follows: Tuesday from 7.00pm to 8.30pm, Thursday from 7.00pm to 8.30pm, and Saturday from 12.00pm to 1.30pm.
