Tilt Gymnastics

Tilt Gymnastics is a gymnastics academy located in Belfast, offering a wide range of classes for all ages and skill levels. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the fundamentals of gymnastics or an advanced gymnast looking to compete, Tilt Gymnastics has something for everyone.

For our youngest participants, we offer Mini Movers classes for children aged 0–4 years old. These classes focus on building confidence and learning the basics of gymnastics through themed activities and progressions on various apparatuses.

The Pre-School classes, designed for 2-4 year olds, provide a structured introduction to gymnastics. Led by experienced coaches, these classes include warm-up activities, games, and light stretching, as well as shape and balance exercises.

Junior Gym is an action-packed 50-minute class aimed at children aged 5–7 years old. This class introduces basic elements of gymnastics and encourages kids to enjoy being active and have fun while learning new skills.

For older children, our Senior Gym class, designed for 8-10 year olds, focuses on skill progression and prepares participants to pass assessed learning badges. This one-hour class combines fun and gymnastics to keep kids engaged and motivated.

We also offer Levels classes for students aged 5 and above. These 60-minute classes allow students to be assessed on their skills at three progressive levels, earning certifications and preparing them for competitions. Students who excel in these classes have the opportunity to progress to our Advanced levels.

Our Squad class is available for participants who have been selected based on their performance and skills in their regular classes. This class focuses on skill development and prepares students for competitions.

To cater specifically to boys, we offer a Boys Only class for children aged 5 and above. This class helps build confidence, coordination skills, and social skills. Students will also have the opportunity to complete British gymnastic badge work and gain basic skill knowledge.

For young adults aged 11–17 years old, our Young Adults class provides the perfect opportunity to discover and fall in love with gymnastics. This class accommodates all skill levels and allows participants to learn the basics and progress.

For adults aged 18 and above, we offer an Adult Gymnastics session. Whether you're a beginner or have previous gymnastics experience, this class is a great way to increase fitness and flexibility while having fun.
