Tigers Taekwondo Academy is a leading martial arts school located in Central London, offering high-quality coaching in WT/Olympic style Taekwondo. Led by Master Davoud Etminani, a 6th Dan Kukkiwon and British Taekwondo Black Belt, the academy provides a friendly, safe, and clean learning environment for kids and adults of all ages and skill levels.
Master Dav is a highly accomplished coach with extensive experience working with high-performance teams, including GB Taekwondo, Belgium Olympic Team, and International Olympic Committee Scholarship Athletes. The academy's coaches are all highly experienced and certified professionals with expertise in competing and coaching at the UK, European, and World Championships, as well as the Olympic Games. They are also DBS checked and fully insured.
Tigers Taekwondo Academy caters to children from the age of 3 years and up, with classes designed to be fun, safe, and interactive. The instructors specialise in facilitating the learning process for participants of all ages, fitness levels, and attention spans.
The academy offers classes for different age groups. The Little Tigers programme is a playful introduction to Taekwondo for children aged 3–6 years, focusing on building self-confidence and developing physical and social skills. The Kids programme, for ages 6-14, lays the foundation for athletics and skill development while promoting friendship, confidence, leadership, and teamwork. Adult classes, for ages 15 and above, teach Taekwondo as a martial art and an Olympic and Paralympic sport.
In addition, Tigers Taekwondo Academy has an Elite Programme for high-potential athletes striving to compete at the international level. These elite athletes regularly achieve podium positions in international competitions, including the Olympic Games.
