It is part of Rogers JiuJitsu Academy and offers a range of state-of-the-art equipment and facilities for its members. The gym is conveniently situated at Unit D18, Heritage Business Park, Heritage Way.

In addition, the gym features a variety of cardio equipment, including an assault bike, ski machine, and StairMaster, for those looking to improve their cardiovascular fitness.

The gym also offers cable machines and suspension training equipment, providing members with a diverse range of training options. Whether you're interested in traditional weightlifting or prefer functional training, Tigers Lair Gym has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.

Membership at Tigers Lair Gym includes unlimited access to both the fitness suite and a range of classes. For just 50. 00 per month, members can enjoy a wide variety of training options and guidance from experienced instructors. However, if you prefer to focus solely on gym workouts, a gym-only membership is available for 15.

Tigers Lair Gym has convenient opening hours to accommodate various schedules. From Monday to Friday, the gym is open from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm. On Saturdays, it operates from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, and on Sundays, it opens from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

As part of Rogers JiuJitsu Academy, Tigers Lair Gym is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all members.
