This area features treadmills, cross-trainers, D2 Concept rowers, a stairmaster, pin-loaded machines, more dumbbells, fixed barbells, and a fleet of 13 Schwinn spinning bikes.

Thrive Selsey also offers a variety of beauty services. Their skilled beauty therapists provide hair removal services, including laser hair removal, to help clients achieve smooth and hair-free skin. Additionally, they offer various beauty treatments such as facials, massages, and nail services, all aimed at enhancing the overall well-being and appearance of their clients.
