Personal trainer and the founder of Thrive Fitness & Personal Training. I created this gym with the goal of providing high-quality training and dedicated support to help individuals thrive in their health and wellness journey.

Located in Bennetts Green, New South Wales, our gym space is designed to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all fitness levels. When you visit, you'll have the opportunity to take a free tour of our facility, meet your trainer, and have all of your questions answered. We believe that it's important for you to feel comfortable and confident in your decision to join our fitness community.

At Thrive Fitness & Personal Training, we are proud to offer the THRIVE Effect Challenge, an 8-week programme that focuses on helping you become the best version of yourself. Throughout the challenge, you'll follow our successful training protocols, which incorporate strength movements and compound lifts to build muscle. These protocols are based on principles learned from Sebastian Oreb, The Australian Strength Coach, and combined with Ruby's empowering approach, they have led to life-changing outcomes for our clients.

When you join our THRIVE Effect Challenge, you'll not only have the support of a dedicated coach, but you'll also have access to online fortnightly check-ins and full access to your coach Monday through Friday. We want to ensure that you have the tools and guidance necessary to achieve the unthinkable and prove to yourself that you are capable of anything.
