Jo has organised a unique opportunity for your kids at Thrive Fitness, called Thrive Kids sessions, perfect for children aged 6-10 years. These sessions cover fundamental movements like jumping, hopping, skipping, pushing, pulling, balancing, crawling, and climbing. The kids will also take part in functional bodyweight exercises, all taught with the right techniques to build strength while keeping it fun.
