Hey everyone,
Dan here, hope you’re all doing well. Just wanted to share a bit about the Three Valleys Karate Club in Rickmansworth. You might already know this, but it’s connected to Tony Christian’s Academy of Karate-do, which means top-notch training for all of us.
We focus on classical Goju-Ryu karate, getting you fit and teaching solid self-defence. We’ve been going strong since April 1990 and welcome everyone from 6 to 96 years old, whether you’re just starting out or already know your stuff. Over the years, we’ve seen loads of our members achieve their black belts, both juniors and seniors.
All our members are registered with the British Karate Association (BKA), showing our dedication to maintaining high standards. Our instructors are all DBS checked, insured, first aid trained, and registered with the BKA. So, you know you’re in safe hands.
We’re also proud to have the 'Safeguarding code in the Martial Arts' award, highlighting our commitment to the safety and welfare of everyone, especially kids and vulnerable folks.
Classes are on Mondays and Thursdays. Mondays, juniors (6-14) are from 5:30 to 6:30 pm, and seniors (15+) from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. Thursdays are for senior grades (15+), but those under 15 with the right grade can join in too.
If you’re interested in joining or want to know more, you can catch us at The Reach Free School, Long Lane, Mill End, Rickmansworth, WD3 8AB. Give us a ring on 07979316205.
Hope to see you there.
Cheers,
Dan
