Three Graces Pilates

Three Graces Pilates is a Pilates studio located in Leatherhead, serving the Oxshott and Cobham area of Surrey. They offer a variety of classes, including mat, reformer, private, and small equipment classes. The studio's mission is to promote the benefits of Pilates beyond just being an exercise regime it is a way to strengthen and realign the body while promoting mobility, stability, and overall wellbeing.

Joseph Pilates, the founder of Pilates, developed “Contrology” as a form of rehabilitation and strength-building. Since it was first practised in the 1920s, Pilates has evolved into a widely popular fitness method. Alice, the instructor at Three Graces Pilates, discovered her love for Pilates after experiencing back pain as a student. She decided to pursue her passion for Pilates by enrolling in the Body Control Pilates Teacher Training course and has since taught a variety of clients with different needs.

Alice specialises in mindfulness, reformer, and pre/post-natal Pilates, and strives to bring a calm and fun atmosphere to every class.

The studio offers group mat classes at different locations, such as Sacred Heart Church in Cobham and Oxshott Village Hall in Oxshott. These classes cater to mixed ability, beginner/improver, and intermediate levels. Mats and equipment are provided, and there is also cleaning spray and cloths available for cleaning the mats at the end of each class. The fees for the group mat classes are paid termly, with rates of 13 per session or 15 pay-as-you-go if you have completed a term.

Parking is available at both venues, with the Sacred Heart Church car park being pay-and-display.

For those seeking a more personalised experience, Three Graces Pilates also offers 1×1 or 2×1 duet private sessions in Alice's beautiful home studio in Oxshott. These sessions allow clients to enhance their Pilates skills or start their Pilates journey with a tailored experience that includes techniques, exercises, and breathing. Alice is trained in pre/post-natal Pilates, making the studio an excellent option for expecting individuals. The home studio is equipped with small Pilates equipment, a springboard, and a ballet barre.

The rates for a 1-hour class are 55 for 1×1 or 30 each for 2×1 duet sessions.
