We run hand to hand techniques, forms, weapons training, throws, sparring, locks, and much more. Classes are available for both adults and children.

When and where do I train?

Juniors (ages 5 to 16) train Monday evenings 6:00pm to 7:00pm at St. John’s Church Hall, 4 Walmley Rd, Sutton Coldfield, B76 1QN. Adults (16+) train Wednesday evenings 7:30pm to 9:00pm at the same location.

How do I join and what does tuition cost?

You can arrange a free taster session by contacting your local club. Adults pay £8.00 per session and children pay £6.00 per session, with no direct debits and no monthly lesson fees.
